Al-Subtain University for Medical Sciences explored new opportunities for international academic collaboration and integration during the visit of a high-level delegation from the Arab Board of Health Specializations.

The delegation included Professor Dr. Hatyoush Faraj Hatyoush, President of the Arab Board Council for General Surgery and former Minister of Health of Libya; Dr. Laith Al-Kaabi, Chair of the Arab Board Committee for Cardiac Surgery; and committee members from Egypt, Jordan, and Tunisia. The delegation was accompanied by Dr. Sabah Al-Mousawi, Director of the National Center for Clinical Training.

During a comprehensive tour of the University, the delegation visited its advanced infrastructure and state-of-the-art laboratories, commending the University’s educational facilities, modern learning environment, and academic resources, which contribute to preparing healthcare professionals in accordance with international standards.

In recognition of these capabilities, Al-Subtain University for Medical Sciences was selected as the official examination center for the final-stage Arab Board examinations in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery for the upcoming academic year.
