The Quality Assurance Department at Al-Subtain University for Medical Sciences (ASUMS), the International Branch of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), conducted a comprehensive field survey to evaluate the quality of services provided in the female student dormitories. The survey was designed to gather students’ feedback with the aim of enhancing the residential environment and improving the quality of care and services offered.

The survey covered a range of detailed evaluation areas, focusing on the efficiency of infrastructure, the quality of health and support services, and the suitability of the residential environment for academic needs. The initiative seeks to strengthen operational performance while identifying and addressing the challenges faced by female students residing in university housing.

This initiative reflects the University’s commitment to national and international quality assurance and institutional accreditation standards, while ensuring the provision of a safe, supportive, and academically conducive residential environment that promotes both the academic success and psychological well-being of female students
